SUNSET ON MY HILL

HURRY ~~~ before the sun goes down !

Got your attention now,
don't I !

That big round orb in the sky always
attracts everyone
including us
when it offers a view like this.

Even the surfers are captivated
staring as the last rays of the sun
are covered by the layered clouds ~~~

~~~ casting all shades of orange
across the water.
You will after you see this ^ link ^ about orange.
So, I stand quietly as the orange disappears
signalling our return to the car
and a sweet snooze in
SnoozeVille !
    1. It's funny but when we are in the middle of "everything" we don't even realize it!
      It's when we come back home and start mulling over the photos that we realize we are on the right path!!
  17. Hey SD! The photos in this post were super ~ especially the surfer on the orange-tinted water ~ Wow! Your Dad Ron has posted some gorgeous pictures this week, especially of the fall leaves ~ and that one of Mike about to plant a wet one on you ~ awesome! After trying to capture Gracie and Rufus (my lab houseguests) in photos, I have a real appreciation of Ron's and Jim's talent in taking such great photos of you. Love that new header by the way! I also enjoyed seeing the Acadian Cross at Grand Pre. The Expulsion of the Acadians was one of the first historical events I learned. I've come across many American's who don't know where the Cajuns came from. I visit the site whenever I can. Thanks to Ron for sharing it. And thanks, Sophie, for taking such good care of Daddy Ron when he was down with a miserable cold ~ you people whisperer you! Take care!
