NEVER A DULL MOMENT

My park world is most times very quiet and peaceful,
however this morning because we arrived earlier than usual
you could feel excitement in the air ~
new friends everywhere.

This is a Labradoodle
(an Aussie Doodle for sure)
the soft fur coat is like goose down.
(hey there's that 'goose' word again)

I suppose you see that white/black perky looking doggie behind me,
well he is full of vim and vigour
Oh yeah you can take my word on this, for sure.

Sneaking up behind me is 1/2 of a duo of Bouviers!

The other 1/2 just loved sniffing the grass with me.

This "mile a minute" is a rescue doggy
so fast that the camera could only catch a blurred image.

Here is the piece de resistance!!
A spotted Boxer
Do you think she's a cutie?
Well, I know I do.

Kisses sealed the deal.
So very much for the 'sweetness' to learn
and if the humans wanted I could oblige.

So my world of friends has increased many fold.
Do you think I am a lucky Doodle?
I most certainly do.

One thing though ~~ rumour has it that the non-doggy lovers
of the world want to change the rules in my park.
I guess it all depends on what they want.
I am open to listening and compromising
because that's what makes the world go around much better.
There is always room for dog lovers to re-educate themselves on the established rules
as well as making the non-dog lovers visits peaceful and relaxed too.

So time will tell,
maybe it's all just rumour
but there is always room to improve.

AND I know my DOODLE kisses would solve everyone's problems!
It already has daily!!

Serenity Interruptus!!

As I said in my last post ~~~ come along
and I'll show you what we ran into!!!

Well ~~~ here they all are!
3 more doggies + me!

This feller in the middle is an Australian Labradoodle mid-size range with mucho hair
like I used to have last month!
The other feller is a Lab mix
both full of life.

We ran around, sniffed a few times and then....

I excused myself while I dive bombed the humans!

There ~~~ I got my fix!

Then I realized that the owner of these 2 munchkins
was someone else sauntering down the beach.

"Just wanted to let you know, your guys are a whole lot of fun
and I needed this craziness today!" I told her.

We are just like yin and yang
long hair ~~~ short hair
tall ~~~ short
Mr.Orangie ~~~ No Mr. Orangie!

So for me the humans can have their
Serenity
but for me
Serenity Interruptus
is far more appealing and joyous.

I see you!!

Daycare Farm for me!

While everyone else is eating cake at 'Pups' 94th Birthday Party....I am romping with new pals at Country Critter Sitters in Seaforth, Nova Scotia....I haven't been there for a long while. I do enjoy this place....lots of fresh air, 4 legged creatures, fenced in corrals and a beach. As we turn off the Hwy 207 we see this driveway....

My heart starts pounding and I let out a yip!

New friends are waiting at the gate ready to sniff and pounce....I'm ready for anything...

Through the gate we all make the somewhat appropriate greetings and then proceed...

...on the verandah I get the once over from all...

...my routine hasn't changed, for I know Mary and Cathy are in there, so I'll stare and wait for them...

....I noticed the southern view today is hampered with the fog rolling in....

...and in the distance the fog appears in the west...

...the greyness, however enhances the greens and allows other colors to pop...

...to show what it's like when the sun shines, here is a picture of a glorious summer day on the hill in a corralled area with the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline...

...my daddies finally came back to get me. I usually make it somewhat difficult for them because I don't want to leave...as shown in a 2007 visit....

...such is the life of an exhausted blond tipped Labradoodle who spent 8 hours at daycare....

...I look out the back window of the car as the driveway lengthens and disappears from view....I trust Mary and Cathy will be seeing me again soon....however I've got 24 hours of sleep ahead me....truly!
