GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE !!!

This lone surfer is taking it all in

for sure

this morning!

I see s/he out there and would do anything to be along side

experiencing the rolling waves with the sunrise licking my tail.

This mid-January morning nearing the end of January Thaw

has been so SPRINGLIKE and REFRESHING.

I sure hope you can enjoy this view someday

and if you can only do that through my POV

well then that's OK too!

The creeping sunrise peeking over the horizon cloud bank

held off shore by some breezes.

This surfer has found NIRVANA this morning

and I am so happy to witness it.

Now lookee behind me !

The MOON is having a great time watching

the SUN and us this morning.

Everything came together perfectly

I'd say

this morning.

My New Boyfriend ~~ Zephyr

 Today we were mighty energetic 

getting up and walking the beach 

by 7:30 a.m.

This is what greeted us as we rounded the bend in the road.

The waves were very active and looking like a great surfing day.

This is why we figured the beach would be full of surfers later.

I waited for the guys to stop taking pictures of each other,

then patiently expected Mr. O to show.

This will show why Mr. O was a no-show.

 Further down the boardwalk I met Zephyr

a Golden Doodle

he's my new boyfriend

because he let me be in charge.

That's all it takes in my Doodle World

let me have Mr. O

and 

listen to me.

LOL

We danced across the rocks 

left right

left right

doing the Doodle Trot,

we really did connect.

Even fetching Mr. O near the lifeguard stand

was easy peasy.

Zephyr wasn't quite as fast as me but I think the next time

he'll remember to put the pedal to the medal.

Sweet Joy in the Morning !!

Up good and early ~~~

it maybe not be 

'bright and early'

but I had a grand time!

The sand has returned to Lawrencetown Beach

which means we get to walk the full expanse

and in this case

with very few people.

When it's overcast like this

the ocean is calm

with a few waves trying 

to amount to something.

This was absolutely perfect for me

because I've been spending

the last 3 weeks protecting 

my paw from unexpected

twists and turns that I'm noted for ~~~

Doodle Dancing you know!

 Daddy Jim is overjoyed too

because walking the beach had been put on hold for this period.

See, Jim!

My paw feels really good.

Even your teasing game

I can handle.

The right - left ear flap - head bob with Mr. Orangie

usually tells me that I'm feeling so much better.
