  2. I LOVE the NY Times crosswords. But I HATE talking about them. 50 ACROSS is ALFRED NOYES (or just NOYES). Is the computer hook-ups question a crossword question or just for your general information? One is probably easier to answer than the other.

Actually #47 Down is "Computer Hook ups" 6 letters! Any chance the answer is at the tip of your tongue?

  3. I love crosswords, and Sophie, with all the activities and celebrations and so much food, you did SOOO well to get 2 clues answered. I even have a book of crosswords packed into my hospital emergency bag!!! And if in doubt, consult Google for any answer.

  5. Poor Sophie!! We met a very handsome doodle boy the other day. He was six months old. Mom said he looked like a rookie whatever that is. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Please give hottie kisses to the guys. Hottie kisses are like regular kisses, just juicier!

  8. Dearest Sophie, I am a two-legger and just thinking about the New York Times crossword makes me tired.

Sooki and Wendy say "hi". We don't get to your favourite hill as often since we moved from the Passage to Sackville.
