Hand Signals!

Needless to say, this is one of my fave running fields at the beach!

Up over the grassy dune I go....

Over the rise...

to see the North Atlantic churning and making the sand disappear into the ocean....

Jim and I look out over the waters wondering when the flakes of white stuff will start...

Let's not go there....besides we have to get back home...

I hear some excited waves along the boardwalk.
I must check them out!

There now I feel better.
Oh is that Jim calling me.
Always, hurry up, around here!

Oh he's doing that hand signal thing again.
It means 'COME'.
I see ya, I see ya!

I kinda like that signal stuff!

  1. Sophie,
We like to play "run" too! That hand signal thing is so much easier to understand, isn't it? Our Mommy uses it lots, that and whistles!

  3. Sophie! So glad we stopped by. Every photo made us linger and enjoy. Amazing light, the color of the dunes...the motion of you running in those tall grasses...the shapes of beach stones. A beautiful place you have there my friend!

What do your dads do when you are so muddy ? People assume I bath Dillon but I'd be doing that every day !!! I let him dry off a bit outside & a bit inside.
