SHORN & HAPPYMANIA

My fuzzy wuzzies have all gone
 'bye bye'.
I'm sleek and slender again.

No more waiting around for me to dry
because the water doesn't cling
when I'm shorn.

Seriously though,
my eye is on the prize,
there in front of me
not that nifty sailboat
but ~~~

that mystery thingie bobbing around.

Now you see it,
 don't you ?

Yes, we all have our obsessions
and I'll be the first to admit
to my mania

MR.ORANGIEMANIA !!

    1. By the first snow, I'll be sporting longer hair for sure, unless Mother Nature decides to forget about us this winter and gives us nice, warmish temperate days.

Come on M.N. be kind this winter, please!

  6. Hey Sophie! I knew what you were after! That water looked wonderful! I wanted to jump in too! And go sailing on that boat! Some of the finest days in Nova Scotia happen in September. Then Indian Summer! Ahh to be there now ~ lucky you! It's getting downright cold in the mornings here. I'm looking forward to our first snow!!! I hope that your fuzzy wuzzies grow back quickly, or you'll be chilly willy when your first snow comes! Have an awesome weekend with the dads!

    1. I FEEL like a youngin' again when I get my hair cut ~~ hopping and flopping all over the place. Something about the hair I guess. Yes, the coolness is in the air but we smile every morning because the humidity is all gone. Off to the dentist today with my Dads. Our dentist lives down the road from us and has a hobby farm. His wife takes care of it all. They go to Colorado a lot. Never figured that one out yet. Horses I think.

Indian (PC not correct, but hey) Summer, Native Summer, oh I don't know! Yup, coming soon since the Harvest moon was last night, a precursor to cooler temps and warmish days...LOVED by us so much!

  12. Hi Y'all!

Do you feel lighter when you get your hair cut? My Human said when she had her long hair cut off it felt like a weight was lifted off of her.

    Y'all come by now,
