  6. That's a well travelled path through the dunes.
Lovely that there's "gold" at the end, a lovely beach and a dip in the sea.

    1. I agree whole-heartedly with you Craig with this astute observation. My backyard swimming pool doesn't quite match up to the grassy dunes, soft sands and refreshing crisp water.

      Hi to Clive.

      Thinking about Boris today.

  9. This rotten egg asks "Do you have to be checked often for ticks? That grass is beautiful but it made me cringe thinking of ticks."

    Loved the line "Oh man/woman/child..."

I always say "Oh man".. Cripe. Now I am going to be thinking woman, child each time I do. :)

    1. There are ticks in our province but they haven't "knock on wood" migrated to our area yet.

We do not frequent possible tick infestation places, just not worth it.

If we do, Sophie is leashed beside us and not allowed to romp.

I'll be thinking about "OHMANWOMANCHILD" too!

      Cheers!

    1. The dunes we have here are not large ones by any means of the imagination, but the trek through to the beach is varied from open expanse, to wooded tree areas, ocean vista and calm inlets.
