Hi there,
Take a moment and follow me
through my spring garden.
(Please bare with the convorting
print dancing on the screen...trying to add text to a video
then stabilize it....the video stabilzed but the text decided
to live its own life...
such is the learning process)
This is a sampling of my garden life.
Hope you may have learned something
about plants, nature and my world.
I am staring down my neighbour's doggys
so until next time....
Licks and more Licks!
Miss Soph! Your garden is fantastic! Both Ruby and I barked back to you during your video :-)
ReplyDeleteBart

ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
Rhubarb recipes are everywhere here in the newspaper, online, local mags...time to pick and make rhubarb crisp...no...pie...no...stewed...no...jam...no...sorry I outta control...we love RHUBARB here...what gave it away!?
DeleteThanks for the lesson, Soph. But you look so serious in that last photo. Loosen up!
ReplyDeletem.
I have my eyes on my Puggy neighbour Max waiting for a signal to dash!
DeleteGood Morning,
ReplyDeleteNice garden, wow the rhubarb! Can't grow it here, have tried.
Have a great day in the flowers.
This rhubarb is 100 years old+...planted by my grandfather many many years ago...best tasting 'barb around...strawberry red...sweet with lots of sugar...want some?!
DeleteOh Sophie wow , what a garden ,thanks for showing me round and tricks as well.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
I have to spread the word, Molly...everyone should rollover!
DeleteThanks for stopping by... anyone that loves Mark? I immediately love :) ... having 4 doggies of my own, I need to keep up with Sophie's life. I know how exciting a doggie's view can be :)
ReplyDelete4 doggies...well...they need a blog just like mine...imagine the fun they would have telling all their stories etc...!Thanks for dropping by Rebecca Jo!!!
DeleteI love the meandering path through your garden, Sophie. Do you help all the digging?
ReplyDeleteI dig some holes and eat the dirt...is that OK? Apparently NOT according to the Daddio's...then again...what do they know!
DeleteGreat garde you have. We have 3.700 square metres to run around in....we have fence but today Vilja got out and I saw here at our road....how did she get out?? hmmm she´s a hunting dog not good if she got loose...many roes get their small ones now
ReplyDeleteYou have to be careful with those roes...not so much here but on another shore called the South Shore...they abound everywhere...so beware!!
DeleteI think your garden is really lovely! I need to bark at Mom and Dad about getting rid of the back yard and just planting flowers all over it like yours. Kuster barked back when he heard you on the video!
ReplyDeleteBunny
Hi Bunny..backyards with flowers are so relaxing and I get to rollover all the time...Kuster must have had a good bark...woof woof!
DeleteYou live in an oasis of gardens Sophie! Someone is working very hard at your place - loved seeing it, so thanks!
ReplyDeleteMiss Kodee
20 years...with the first 10 as back breaking...now just maintenance and photography...love it !
DeleteOh Sophie your garden is a paradise!

DeleteWhat a lovely back garden you have... love the acer. I'm now left with memories of my Nan's rubarb tarts and rubarb and ginger jam. Mmmmmmmm. I wish we could grow that here!
ReplyDeleteIsn't rhubarb the best ever...I had some this evening...stewed with yogourt on top...this cut the tartness...now I must find me some rhubarb and ginger jam!
DeleteSophie, your garden is beautiful! And big! I see Jim's tulips are still blooming, and they look spectacular! Mickey pricked his ears up when he heard you bark - he says Hi pretty girl!
ReplyDeleteHi HO Mickey...we would have a lot of fun I can tell!
DeleteHi Y'all,
ReplyDeleteLove your garden! Thanks for the tour!
Y'all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog
Thanks for taking the time to watch...I so enjoy my wee little space!
DeleteHoly cow Sophie!!! I had no idea that your Daddies had so much garden! It's totally amazing and beautiful! I love that you live right near the woods--- you have such a wonderful place to wander and play!! Loved seeing you "roll over". So cute Your Daddy Jim has gorgeous red tulips! My "Gardener" would love this place! Thanks for the super great tour!

Vicki
Yes we live near woods which is wonderful unless we are under an evacuation notice for forest fires...this time of year is the most dangerous...with that aside we enjoy our little garden world and love to plant and prune...woohoo!
