JUST KEEP MOVING!

Knowing what happened to
Daddy Ron a month and 1/2 ago
and Daddy Jim 5 years ago
WALKING
is our daily routine ~~~

Whether the weather
is spilling down torrentially
like it was recently

or when the blue skies surround us at Fort Needham

or when the hills become a challenge

or when I defeat the hills and roll on them

or when Rainbow Haven is visited
and the tide is out leaving rocks with a few ducks scooting around

or when I have to catch up
because we have to keep the pace with our leader

I know both my Dads will take on these challenges
and I will help them
just like they help me when I need their love and support.
~~~
PS: Daddy Ron got another great report from his Doctor
and all his readings are in the exactly where they need to be!
I think it's time for another walk!
    1. Oh sorry to worry you Terry ~~~ yes I had a heart attack at the end of Feb, so am dealing with this major change in my life. Sophie is helping as only a Doodle can do! I'm learning a lot of new things from meds to exercise, so this summer will be my time to get stronger and move forward. Thanks for returning to this crazy cyber blogger world! Sure missed you!
  11. Please, Sophie - keep those guys walking. Right now, I'm spending time walking in the desert. You'd have to be careful not to get prickly cacti spines in your pads.
