I COULD HANDLE THIS ALL WINTER !!

 Are you following me again?
Well, it's quite understandable why you would be
because our weather is so warm today
14 C (57 F)
You heard it right.
It feels like a record temp for us.

Now watch your step
follow the path closely
and
I'll show you
how nice it is today.

Are you with me?
I know I'm speedy
as in
SUPER DOUPER DOODLE FAST
but if you want to have a great zen moment
then you must be alert
and
stay focussed.

I said focussed.
(Ron playing with his HDR setting again)
Really does get the point across though.

 Over there
 'way over yonder
while Jim settles some work stuff at MacDonald House
I see a field
A FIELD OF LOVE

JOY
4 legs up and over
and
down and out.
This is truly is my favourite grassy meadow
of all the meadows
I've ever rolled on.

Then without a moments thought
my nose is snaggled
completely drawn like an arrow in flight
over the hill
to the sights below ~~

Next time folks,
patience is a virtue
I know I have none either.

  4. Those pics are totally fabulous, will you be asking for a fee, if Daddy Ron prints and sells 1/2/50 or more?? Every one a winner. and keep up those warm days. Here we had 3 Celsius this morning, and as it is officially "SUMMER", where have all the warm days gone, or will they ever come? Hugs to all, Jean.

    1. I am praying for warmer days for you Jean.

Imagine 3 C ~ seems totally unfair. Daddy Ron walked outside this morning with so many layers on ready for below zero weather. An about turn into the house and off everything came, within reason of course.... !!

Thanks for your kind support re:photos. I must put some more cards together. Jim's niece is interested. SHe is a sweetie!

  7. Beautiful photos, looks like a lovely day there.
It's rainy, grey and miserable here. The sort of weather that gets you wet muddy paws followed by a bath !!!!

Muddy paws and in my case ice balls between the toes are a problem ~~ so it was definitely haircut time!!

  11. Dear Sophie, If I didn't like to ski, I could handle that view all the time! That edge of the cliff, top of the world, trail looks wonderful. You and Mr Orange are lucky! (Ron and Jim, too)

    1. Now a good ski trail sounds mighty fine to me, Barb.

The guys talk about skiing ~ quite a few years ago now ~ from Quebec to Banff / Lake Louise / Jasper to British Columbia interior.

      Those were the days.

  12. +14 degrees?!! No wonder the rest of us are cold...you three amigos are hogging up all the warmth :) Actually, it's not that bad here. And it's pretty dry out, too, although a little snow is coming soon. Enjoy it while you can! And tell daddy Ron that his photos are superb!

  13. It's gorgeous, but everything is relative. At 14C here, we'd be complaining (it has hit that overnight a couple of times)!

    1. I could handle that temp so easily any time of the year.

Our temps are on a roller coaster ride fluctuating ridiculous amounts from day to day over the past few months.

As we try to endure it we tell everyone we are tough ~ tough as shoe leather.

OK, Sophie your turn to drive!
