CRYSTAL CRESCENT BEACH ~ WHITE SAND PARADISE

I've heard the guys talking about this provincial beach
they used to go to many years ago
that had three connecting whites beaches
crystal blue waters
trails to follow along the coast
rocks to scale
blueberries in the rolling hills
and
plenty of space to find your own spot and just veg out.

Well, my doddies, look at my HAPPY FACE!
I am over the rainbow in such
DOODLE SURPRISE MODE
GRINNING FROM EAR TO EAR MODE
TEARING ALL AROUND THE BEACH MODE
CAN'T HEAR ANYBODY TRYING TO REIGN ME IN MODE!
 I just can't stop!
(the fog bank kept a coolness in the air
so the guys dressed accordingly,
I already had my coat on!)

Mr.Orangie stands out like a beacon
when I charge into the clear, salty, pristine waters.

A little bit of DOODLE BODY SURFING
makes the return quick and easy.

MONSTER WATER BEARDS
come slapping along with me from the depths.

After plenty of fetching along the rock free beach area of 2nd Beach
we stopped to take a breather and soak up some sun in this spot.
No way was I about to relax
because when you find paradise.............!
well, you fill in the blank _____!

  4. It really is a beautiful spot and that white sand is very special. Sophie just looks over the moon! How do you guys dry her off for the drive home... big towels in the car?

    1. We have a huge Tupper ware type container with Sophie's name emblazoned across it. Inside you will find towels, towels and more towels. Plus extra Mr. Orangies and collars and the list goes one. HRH requested these on any trip so we OBEY!

Sophie's hair was not cut well this time around so is growing in so much faster.
Result: Sand Sand and more Sand than ever before, for this time of year.

Hopefully our favourite "Hair Stylist to the Doodle Stars" will be back from having a baby and will fix Sophie's beautiful coat.

Fingers crossed that she has decided to continue her very lucrative business!

    1. There are few more white sand beaches along out coasts, Martha. We discovered one called Beach Meadows near Liverpool and absolutely fell in love with pristine white sands and gorgeous waters. Haven't been back in such a long time because it's along drive. Maybe we will make it this year, if so we'll share some pics.

Now Cuba that's like being in paradise with all the beaches and culture, music, foods, and laughs!

      Cheers!

  10. What a gorgeous video, Ron! It was such fun to watch Sophie chasing Mr. Orangie in the water. But I bet that water is co-old!!! What a lucky dog she is to have you and Jim as her dads. I got a kick out of your last post too ~ I never thought of hanging yarn in the trees for birds to use in their nests, although I've seen a lots of nests with yarn, string, and twine woven in. Have a good one, my friend!

    1. Glad you liked the video Louise!

We have been putting dryer lint, yarn and pretty much anything that suits our fancy in the bushes and shrubs. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't!

The beach was chilly as to be expected with this cool spring we are having. I'm sitting here watching the cherry blossoms slowly drop off the tree and hope the sun will finally come out.

I've been very slow lately with blogging with some unexpected issues" popping up. I'm tried easily so I am trying to regain my energy which doesn't hang around much. My blood work shows good results but I am still not my old silly self.

Take care of yourselves and all the best!
