Cupcake Walk Off!

Time to work off those cupcakes with a energetic jaunt in the park.

In the summer I would be in that water but now I'm on the high road sniffing trails!

Most of my favourite spots, like this spring runoff is always a perfect re-hydration station.

OK, Jim what's with the pace? Any chance of slowing down a tad?

Guess not, I seem to be lagging behind, I guess my curiosity is getting the best of me.

Our cool weather has been in the normal range
but with very little snow as you can see the lack of here.

It makes sniffing more enjoyable and successful,
but causes me to have to catch up
more than not.

See, what I mean,
Jim's back at the parking lot already.
With my incredible sniffer, I can find him
on a cupcake dime!
winky wink

  1. Did Daddy Jim eat some of your cupcakes, too. Maybe he wanted more and that's why he was in such a hurry.

    1. At the beginning of every walk DJ sets a pace that everyone should adopt or get left in the dust.!

  6. Looks lovely....and no snow. We got some more this weekend. Next week they promised warmer about -5 C. Then we can make walks like you Sophie. The dachshunds dont like the cold. This evening we skipped the training, to cold.

  8. Looks like you could use some of our snow! It is best to let dad set the pace, that way you can keep an eye on him without having to turn around.

  11. You know, Sophie, sniffin' is an important part of a walk. Think of all the pee-mail we'd miss if our hu-mans kept us on the straight and narrow. Unthinkable, that's what I say!
