SEALS ~ SNOWBALLS & ALL THAT NONSENSE

 Watch Out!
Jim is a bit frisky
with the bright springlike weather
and
snowballs!

One must always be aware when snowball snow
is all around you!

You'll see how much we all enjoy this park at this time of year
Sophie ~ chewing Mr. Orangie
Ron ~ taking pictures
Jim ~ throwing snowballs

See I told you the seals were here
taking in all our nonsense on the beach.

  1. I long for snow here, when I see others who have their quilts laid out on the shite stuff!!! Too hot here to quilt lately, then today colder, gale winds, and a little, very little rain. Loved your movie today.

    1. The white stuff is so beautiful / refreshing and life-affirming ~~ I have always loved our 4 seasons(4 distinct seasons) giving us something different to look forward to ever 4 months.

The quilts on the snow idea is such a beautiful way to display and clean them. Nothing better than a quilt or blanket hung on the clothesline flapping in the breeze. Then, wrapping yourself in them. Mmmmmm!

PS: Jean ~ I have a friend sailing the globe on the Queen Mary. I heard they were in Wellington on Monday passed. I don't know their exact itinerary but it would have been fun for an unexpected rendez-vous. I also, have 2 friends vacationing/hiking on Mt Hood. I saw some pictures ~ ahh so lovely. Now, one more friend lives in Auckland studying to be a Doctor. She would be the coolest/ happiest doctor because I used to work with her at my last job. So there now, the world is a little smaller and warmer!

      Cheers
      Ron!!

  2. I can't believe Sophie didn't chase the tossed snowballs. And I'm glad Jim is such a good shot. If Jerry had been aiming for your feet, he would have hit the camera.

    1. They'd be all over you both if they saw you coming down the street.

Beware because they are sneaky with their cameras!!

  6. Love how Sophie ignores the snowballs. Mr. Orangie is her one and only :)

  8. I loved that video, Ron! No snow here, but lots of wind and big waves. We're taking it easy today, something I don't feel guilty about in Hawaii! Have a good one!

They only visit in the winter then they are gone for awhile!!
