BODY SURFING DOODLE

The fog has rolled in covering my world,
but that doesn't stop me
and
never will.

I am at my favourite beach below MacDonald House.
It's too early for the family folk to show up
with their kids and kites and such ~

so I save Mr. Orangie from a fate worse than death.

See how good I am at rescuing!!

Time to save Mr. Orangie again!
I always have my priorities straight!

    1. She learned which waves will bring her into shore successfully, over the years!

This particular beach with this particular calmness is what she prefers!

  6. Sophie, I really liked hearing the surf and seeing you rescue Mr Orangie. You don't even need a surf board. The fog was pretty, too.

    3. So sweet you are Louise ~ ups and downs are inevitable and lately the downs are more active ~ I saw my Dr on Thursday and I'm waiting to hear back. I suspect I will need to find me a personal trainer this month because an injury from 'before H A' has reared it's ugly head and makes me Doodle Wonky if you know what I mean! No fretting OK!?! Hope Victoria is all and more than you expected!!

    4. I'm sending you hugs, positive energy, good vibrations, Ron! Believe me, I get Doodle Wonky! Been knocked back to wobbly Go (without collecting $200) many times! But you can come back, step-by-step.

I highly recommend a personal trainer! I've been working with one for years, and she has helped me recover from a number of hospital stays, especially when I didn't get a blood transfusion. One who's experienced in helping people recover from injuries and medical issues is the best; and especially if that trainer assesses where you are physically and mentally each session and will adjust that session accordingly.

I also believe in massage, especially healing touch and energy work. My massage therapist has removed a lot of pain from my life and has kept me off some serious medical prescriptions. They both cost money, but I've seen it recouped many times in quality of life and fewer medical costs.

Good luck my friend; Wishing you a majority of ups asap!
