ALWAYS ♥ THE ONE YOU"RE WITH!!!

Hi there!
Come on along with me
and
see what I can do!!

Before I show you look at the flocks of birds that joined me today

skirting the river and shoreline

ZOOMING
passed us as if controlled by an inanimate being

These two ladies with their dog
had to turn back because the tide was so high
that their beach trail was gone.
Yes, high tides on the Atlantic Ocean can be cruel!!

High on the hill behind us
MacDonald House
is visible.

Daddy Jim is working inside in his vintage shop
a family plays on the beach
a paraglider swoops over MacDonald Hill
and
here it is ~~~~

I AM SWIMMING
 because
I ♥ SWIMMING !!

Such is my contented life,
my recouping swims
and
my salute to you all.
Take care and always love the one you're with!!

    1. Sophie agrees whole-heartedly Tweedles! She enjoys her world more than you can imagine.

She says that if you can squint on a clear day in the winter you can see and hear the ocean at her house. The leaves of trees cover the view so much in the other seasons.

    1. SUPER HIGH, Sybil because the beach was totally covered. I haven't walked that beach for a year and half but do remember this kind of thing happening before. Back in the early 90's the sandy cliff was so much further out to the left in the picture. The land is quickly dissolving into the ocean.

  9. Hey Ron, I keep getting distracted and pulled away from making a comment to your delightful post! I've been trying to figure out what those birds were ~ at first I thought they had blue on them, but I think the blue is shadow ~ so are they plovers? Piping plovers? That's my best guess, but perhaps they're terns or a gull. I hate when I can't figure out the answer for things! I'm happy to see Ms SD doing well!

    1. I don't think they are Piping Plovers because these seems rather large. I believe the blue is the reflection from the water accentuated by the editing system. Creative Licence as they say!! I'll scour the WWW to see if I can discover which bird this is!

      SD sends LICKS!!

    1. Hi IngerDoodle!!

I sure hope your feeling better these passed few weeks. I have been thinking of you, Samson and Faith! I am swimming more this summer since last summer my Daddy Ron wasn't 100%. We walk as much as he can manage and that's so much more than last year.

      All the best!
