This evening I joined the guys and drove to MacDonald's Hill
to witness the sunset we haven't seen in ages.
The immediacy of the glow and colours grabbed our attention
in the grasses covering the hill.
I thought the area needed a good going over
as the guys ooed..and..awed
over the view over the river.
Just the other day this view was super grey, windy and chilly!
Now I sensed the moment was going to be memorable.
On this hill, when the weather is friendly I can see as far as the city...
and see below the scurrying birds on the sand flats.
We really believe the magic of Mother Nature
comes forth in these moments!
And watching my Dad Jim capture
the moment is truly
mesmerizing!
What a beautiful sunset!
