Flyby On MacDonald Hill

.....and this is what I saw!

I was standing here minding
my own "beeswax"
when
flew so close to me
that I know if I stood on
my 2 hind legs
I could have touched him...
seriously!






Listen the next time you helicopter peeps buzz me
(NOT a haircut pun, either)
give me a head's up...
so Ron can get his
video camera ready for
a real cool capture.

And with the unsuccessful capture
of The Flying Doctor's flyby
Ron put this short montage together
with my new favourite music again...!

  9. This is a perfect post and video for a Sunday! I love the music and thought at first that it sounded like 'Truman Sleeps' from the movie the Truman Show--But knew of course it wasn't. I loved seeing you in action Sophie, seeing your world and listening to my favorite instrument, the piano.

  10. That video is soooo beautiful!
    Sophie, I would have been scared to have a helicopter so close! Once the Blue Angels (a flight formation team) came very close to me, and it felt like they flew right through me! The ground shook! I shook!

    We have them here too. Here in the mountains they sometimes go straight over our house and have a pad just on the other side of the trees and creek. They sure are loud!
