Windy Nor'easter!

So, we headed down to Lawrencetown beach to check out the winds.
 I was excited and invigorated....
seriously...the temperature was coolish (my fave) and the winds were constant
I was in my element...once again!
The sun peeked through..even with the dark clouds flying across the sky
and the sand was churning through the waves.
I would say this nor'easter really was
the doggy's woof
or
the cat's meow!

  5. The pictures are spectacular! I can feel the wind (and, sadly for me, the cold) as it blows through the grasses. Wow!

  14. And so begins Sophie's and Pugsley's favorite season. It's a tough decision weather to sleep with Daddy or to sleep outside where it's a little frigid. I guess I've been given the cold shoulder.

  15. The photos of Sophie in the grass really show the wind. It's always a challenge to figure out how to capture the image of the wind in a snapshot. You really did it.

I've been reading about composition of landscape photos, and the coolest one in the bunch from that point of view is the second photo. It has the trail going vertically through the photo but Sophie going across the trail. It really pulls the eye to look at all corners of the photo!

I love the ocean photos. Wow. Wow. Wow.
